What we do

Our process
How a product reaches the marketplace
The same sequence runs on every product we take on. Each step has to clear before the next begins.

Research & Identification
We screen categories against demand, competition, margin and seasonality, and shortlist only products that clear every threshold.
Supplier Vetting
Each candidate supplier is verified — business registration, authorization to sell the brand, references and sample quality — before we commit.
Negotiation & Purchasing
We negotiate pricing, payment terms and minimum order quantities, then raise the purchase order and track it through production and dispatch.
Inspection & Preparation
Products undergo quality control and preparation before entering marketplace fulfillment networks — labeling, polybagging, bundling and carton configuration.
Shipment to Fulfillment
Once prepped, boxes are shipped out to Amazon or Walmart. From there the product moves through their fulfillment centers and delivery networks. We track progress and reconcile any discrepancies.
Listing & Optimization
Listings are created or matched with accurate content and imagery, then priced against the competitive landscape.
Monitoring & Replenishment
Performance, stock levels and account health are monitored continuously, and replenishment is triggered before a best seller runs out.
